É muito importante revisar as informações de pré e pós-tratamento abaixo antes de marcar uma consulta.
Como se preparar para sua consulta
Upon arrival for the first time, clients are required to fill out a new client application. We will apply a numbing cream for 30 minutes so this way you are not going to feel any pain. If you have an ideal shape or color in mind, bring those reference photos with you to your appointment.
It is important that you do not have any of the contraindications below. If you have, You must inform us if any of the contraindications apply to you before your appointment. A doctor's authorization may be required for some health conditions.
If we have not previously been informed of any contraindications, you have not followed all before and after care, or will perform any activity that interferes with the healing process, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded.
We ask clients to…

NO waxing, threading, plucking or tinting 3 days before. Please let your brow grow before.

NO alcohol or caffeine 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Doing so will cause you to bleed which pushes the pigment out and results in less color retention.

AVOID any blood thinning medication for a minimum of 3 days prior to appointment. This includes Vitamin E, Aspirin, Niacin, fish oil supplements, Advil, and Ibuprofen.

NO Botox, fillers, chemical peel facials, harsh exfoliating treatments , or electrolysis 4 weeks prior to your appointment

NO vitamin A (Retin-A/Retinoids/Retinols ) or AHA around your brows 3 weeks prior to your appointment

NO work out or exercise the day of the procedure

AVOID sun and tanning bed exposure for 30 days before and after your treatment. If you show up for your appointment with a recent tan or sunburn, you will be asked to reschedule resulting in loss of deposit. Excessive sun exposure before and/or after your treatment may cause the eyebrows to fade into a lighter ashy hue.

Please note that you will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.
If you have a previous eyebrow tattoo or Microblading, please email a photo for approval prior to scheduling a service at charmbrowsandbeauty@gmail.com with a clear photo of your eyebrows without makeup on them and full name.
Contraindicações
Permanent makeup is NOT recommended for any clients who are or have:

Under 18 years old

Taking blood thinning medicines such as Vitamin E, Aspirin, Niacin, fish oil supplements, Advil, Ibuprofen, and Coumadin.

Cancer or Chemotherapy (Doctor’s clearance may be necessary)

Diabetic (consult your doctor)

Keloid disorder

Viral infections and/or diseases
-
Pacemaker, stents, valve replacement, mitral valve disorder or major heart problems

Organ transplant
-
Epilepsy
-
Skin irritations, rasacea, seborrheic dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, keratosis pilaris or dermatitis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc) or People with glaucoma

Botox, Juvederm or fillers within the past 4 weeks
-
Pregnant or nursing
-
Allergy to makeup, colors or hair dye
-
Easily triggered post inflammatory hyper pigmentation
-
Transmittable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitis (A, B, C, D)

Hemophiliac
-
Have healing disorders or uncontrolled high blood pressure
-
Pinkeye: As soon as their infection has cleared, medication completed.

Shingles (varicella): If you have shingles on your face, wait several months to get permanent makeup.

Taking any skin medication such as Ro-Accutane/Accutane, or steroids which thin and oversensitive the skin.

Auto-immune diseases
-
Recently had surgery
-
Taken Doxycycline in the past 2 months or antibiotics less than 3 weeks
-
Extremely oily
-
Eyelift or blepharoplasty in a past 3 months.

AHA’s (lactic, glycolic, citric, retinoic and tartaric acids) or any OTC creams and lotions for tone correcting, anti-aging, exfoliating, fading can discolor your permanent makeup.
Cuidados posteriores
Nas primeiras 24 horas após o procedimento, seque as sobrancelhas com um algodão limpo e seco se elas ficarem lacrimejantes.
Recomendamos fortemente que o cliente faça a cicatrização a seco o máximo possível durante os primeiros 7 a 10 dias de cicatrização. NENHUMA pomada de pós-tratamento é aplicada. Se for necessário, como antes de tomar banho e no final da cicatrização, quando as sobrancelhas formam crostas e ficam secas ou coçam. Durante o banho, mantenha o rosto longe do chuveiro ou tome um banho. Lave o rosto cuidadosamente ao redor da sobrancelha sem molhar a área tratada por 7 a 10 dias. Com a pomada de pós-tratamento, lembre-se de usar apenas o tamanho de um grão de arroz. Menos é mais! Muita pomada de pós-tratamento pode retirar o pigmento e interferir na cicatrização.
O seguinte deve ser evitado durante os primeiros 7 a 10 dias após o procedimento:
Não aplique maquiagem na área tatuada. Cosméticos de qualquer tipo interferem na cicatrização e na cor das suas sobrancelhas.
Evite suor excessivo, academia e exercícios.
Não há piscinas, jacuzzi, sauna, sala de vapor ou outros corpos de água. Evite ficar de molho na água por muito tempo
Evite cera, tintura, descolorante, tintura ou laminação de sobrancelhas.
Não use óleos, vaselina, Neosporin ou outros produtos à base de petróleo durante o processo de cicatrização.
Não aplique nenhum produto antiacne (por exemplo, peróxido de benzoíla, ácido salicílico, Proactiv, etc.) ou cremes clareadores, como hidroquinona, na área tratada durante a cicatrização.
SEM tratamentos faciais, Botox, preenchimentos, tratamentos químicos ou microdermoabrasão por 4 semanas.
Por favor, aplique todos os produtos de cuidados com a pele a um dedo de distância das sobrancelhas.
Evite dormir de bruços nos primeiros 10 dias e certifique-se de dormir em uma fronha limpa.
Deixe os flocos caírem naturalmente. Cutucar pode causar cicatrizes, perda prematura de pigmento ou pelo e até mesmo uma infecção.
Se você estiver fazendo resurfacing a laser ou remoção de pelos a laser após sua tatuagem ter cicatrizado, informe o técnico em laser. Os procedimentos a laser podem escurecer, clarear ou descolorir a área tatuada (continue a seu critério).
