Policies

By booking an appointment us, you AGREE to all of our terms, conditions and policies.

Before Booking

We strongly recommend our client reviewing our policies and pre/post care before booking the appointment to see whether or not permanent makeup is right for you.

If you have any major events or vacations planned, we would recommend our client to plan your session(s) accordingly. It is wise to schedule appropriately to allow for healing time. If needed, please consult with us before booking any appointments. We are happy to assist you with coordinating your scheduling.

If you have any previous eyebrow tattoo procedure done by the other artists, please consult with us before booking your appointment. We will ask if you could send us the make-up free photos of your brows so we can determine the course of action to correcting your prior work. Many previously microbladed/tattooed eyebrows cannot be covered up or corrected and will require removal. If you show up to your appointment with previous permanent makeup that the artist wasn’t aware of, you may be denied as a new client and deposit will not be refunded.

Consultation

A consultation is not required but recommended if you're new to semi-permanent makeup. The consultation is free and allows us to assess your skin type, any medical conditions you may have that can impact the procedure, and answer questions or concerns you may have.

If we have not previously been informed of any contraindications, you have not followed all before and after care, or will perform any activity that interferes with the healing process, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded. 

Security Deposit

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and time when you reserve your appointment. Deposits can be paid in cash or credit card and the amount charged will be applied toward the services on the day of your appointments. The remaining balance will be charged when the service is completed.

Payment

We accept Cash, Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation/Reschedule

Please be considerate when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, the reservation takes a significant amount of time on our schedule. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us at least 24 hours notice to avoid forfeiting a non refundable security deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability.

Late/No Show

To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you if you are running late but after 15 minutes we cannot guarantee we will be able to take you. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment and the deposit will not be refunded nor transferred to another appointment.

 

If you do not call and or fail to arrive after 15 minutes of your appointment (NO SHOW), the deposit will not be refunded nor transferred to another appointment.

Result

Although permanent cosmetic tattooing is effective in most cases, there are biological factors specific to any individual clients that are beyond our practitioner’s control. Every effort will be made to ensure optimal results, however no guarantee can be made that a specific look or outcome will result from the procedure.
